This Sorghum Festival In North Georgia Has Been Going Strong Since 1969
When summer and fall roll around each year, it can feel like there’s a festival in Georgia just about every weekend. We’ve got festivals for just about everything, from fire ants to moonshine to apples. One of the longest-running festivals in the Peach State is the Sorghum Festival in Blairsville. It’s been running for more than half a century, making it one of the longest-running festivals in the state.
