This no-frills campsite is pack-in and pack-out, meaning you'll need to take absolutely everything that you brought with you to ensure the site is as beautiful as you found it. Also, it's important to note that a special permit is required to camp at Capers Island. The permit may be obtained by contacting the DNR Charleston office, reachable at (843) 953-9300.
