Accessible by a hiking trail, there’s a hidden swimming hole in Arizona you can try this summer if you go prepared and can brave the heat.

Accessible via a hiking trail, this natural pool provides a way to cool off after breaking a sweat. If you're hiking here in the summer, make sure you bring plenty of water and sunscreen with you as well as a sun hat.

Take the relatively easy, well-marked Douglas Spring Trail for approximately three miles one way and you'll stumble upon the beautiful Bridal Wreath Falls that spills into a pool below.
