Outside of work, you can likely find her curled up on with a hot cup of coffee, practicing yoga, baking, or exploring the beautiful Lone Star State (in particular, the vast and mystical West Texas desert).
When you embark on the Hidden Wonders Tour at Natural Bridge Caverns in San Antonio, you get to explore never-before-seen (to the public, anyway) passageways in Texas’ most iconic cave. Not only that, but you also get to ride a conveyer belt back to the surface at the end of the tour! Experience the magic of Natural Bridge Caverns in a whole new way on this Only-in-Texas adventure. I promise it will be the trip of a lifetime.
We all know and love Natural Bridge Caverns in San Antonio. The largest commercial show cave in the entire state of Texas, this underground labyrinth showcases a whole new world hiding right beneath our feet.
A brand new cave tour, the Hidden Wonders Tour, was unveiled at the caverns in May 2023, and it's a huge hit. The tour features chambers and passageways that have never been open to the public - until now.
On the Hidden Wonders Tour, you will jaw-dropped cave formations illuminated by LED lights, walk out onto a bridge over the deepest point in the cave, and learn so much fascinating information from the knowledgeable docents.
Of course, Nature Bridge Caverns offers other tours besides the Hidden Wonders, including more technical (and, admittedly, claustrophobia-inducing) expeditions if you're looking for a challenge.
Have you taken the Hidden Wonders Tour yet? If so, we’d love to hear all about your experience in the comments! Don’t forget to check out our previous article for a great restaurant to try while you’re in San Antonio. Everything is made fresh daily at Mama’s Cafe, and you can really taste the difference.
