Sitting just outside of Boise is a beautiful community known as Hidden Springs. This area offers a slower pace and a friendly atmosphere and it’s not a far drive from downtown Boise. Tucked away in the heart of this community is the Dry Creek Mercantile. Also known as The Merc, this historic general store has become a place where the community gathers for events and activities as well as food. Several local residents have added even more to this building, creating SpringHouse at the Merc, a tasty eatery in Hidden Springs, Idaho where you can enjoy some of the best lunch and dinner dishes around.
