When the weather gets warm and summer settles in, it’s the perfect time to get on the water. One of those can be found at Banner Lakes at Summerset State Park in the small town of Carlisle. How many? Over a dozen, ranging from the two massive Banner Lakes to a collection of small, charming ponds scattered throughout the park.
