According to a recent ranking, Buffalo is New York’s most peaceful city – which is a pretty impressive honor for such a sizable community!

In fact, the list put Buffalo at number 19 among the top 20 most peaceful cities in the United States.

It was the only Empire State city included among the Money Inc. rankings. One reason for Buffalo's inclusion on the list was it's reputation as one of the "least stressful" cities in the country.
You will find lovely gardens and a conservatory to stroll, through, which certainly helps to maintain one's equilibrium and peace.

The grounds at the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens is a perfect place on a summer weekend. During the winter, the conservatory can help to fight seasonal doldrums, with its humid air and lush greenery.
Water has a calming influence on peoples, as well.
