When you think of small-town restaurants in Texas, white tablecloths and fancy meals probably aren’t the first things that come to mind – but they’re exactly what you’ll find at Across the Street Bistro by Andreas in Corsicana. With a population of about 25,000, Corsicana isn’t necessarily a blip on the map, but it certainly isn’t a Houston or Dallas. That being said, you’d think you were dining in the big city when you visit this charming restaurant. The menu boasts everything from escargot to steak and lobster to baked Alaska, and it’s some of the best food you’ll ever try.
Have you ever dined at Across the Street Bistro? If so, do you think it’s one of the best restaurants in Corsicana (or one of the best small-town restaurants in Texas?)
