Even with nearly 400 miles of coastline, Louisiana’s beaches are still considered a bit of a hidden gem. Gulf Coast beaches like Holly Beach and Rutherford Beach offer wonderful opportunities to sink your toes in the sand, snag a few seashells, and even spend a night or two camping right on the beach, but what about northern Louisiana?
