It can be accessed from County Road 6 (Cranal Road). From there it can be reached via the Turkey Foot Falls and Mize Mill Falls Trail, which offers a moderate level of difficulty. This 1.2-mile, out-and-back trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and jogging.
Keep in mind, the best time to hike to Turkey Foot Falls, like most other waterfalls, is following a heavy rainfall. There will be much more water at this time, and its flow will also be a lot stronger.
