This 150-foot-tall building was built in the late 1800s and was originally constructed to be used as offices. Over the years, it changed hands several times and it was eventually abandoned in 2001. The interior of the building declined rapidly but fortunately, it was purchased, renovated, and expanded in 2014, and now it has a beautiful new lease on life as The Beekman Hotel and Residences. Even from the street, this building is beautiful. The Temple Court Building was designed by architects Silliman & Farnsworth in Queen Anne, Neo-Grec, and Renaissance Revival Styles.

After being abandoned for over a decade starting in 2001, this building was rescued and renovated between 2014 and 2016. The Beekman Hotel opened in this space on August 13, 2020.

It's so fortunate that developers saw the beauty of this building and that they renovated it instead of tearing it down. This large skylight shines light down through the nine story atrium into the lobby.

When this building was restored, the developers tried to keep it as true to its history as possible.

When you step into The Beekman Hotel, you'll feel like you stepped back in time.

You can easily imagine yourself visiting this property during the early 1900s, back when style and decor was elegant and refined.

You'll even feel the sophistication in the guest rooms. The rooms are modern and comfortable, yet fit in well in this beautiful place.
