The Kroll's West curd story began more than 80 years ago when a family-owned restaurant opened in Green Bay. Harry and Caroline Kroll began serving food in a family hotel in 1931 and later, opened a restaurant that became famous for the "Kroll's Burger." In 1974, it moved to its current location at the Packers' stadium.
What's the secret of this restaurant's success? Location, location, location! Kroll's West is not just close to Lambeau Field, it's literally right across the street: The distance between the corner of the Kroll's parking lot and the stadium wall is about 130 yards.
It's also a just long block away from entertainment venues like the Brown County Arena, the Resch Center, and the Packer Hall of Fame.
