What are some of the best seafood restaurants in Rhode Island?

I grew up in Rhode Island and I can attest to the fact that we have some of the best seafood in the country. In addition to that, we have some of the best restaurants on the East Coast! Here are some of the favorite and best seafood restaurants in the Ocean State:

  • Matunuck Oyster Bar in South Kingstown, Rhode Island: If you love oysters and lobster rolls, this is the place to go, and it’s quite a popular spot in the summer.
  • George's of Galilee in Narragansett, Rhode Island: This is one of my favorite places for seafood, and I highly recommend the chowder. I’ve been visiting since I was a kid!
  • Iggy's Doughboys and Chowder locations in Narragansett and Warwick, RI: Doughboys and clam chowder are two Rhode Island staples. And Iggy’s is a classic place to get both. I also love the clam cakes here.
