I am a nature lover and self-proclaimed foodie wrapped in one package. In my previous life, I was an Accountant, but numbers were boring and writing is the only thing that fuels my soul. So, I write because it's my freedom...it brings me joy. When I'm not writing dope articles for OnlyInYourState, I am writing and editing articles for my online blog on Medium.com. Or, when I get the chance, I am off on a trip with my family chasing waterfalls, or simply exploring the great outdoors. My mantra is to always find the best part of every day and bask in it.
If you haven’t been to Conway to see one of the tallest Christmas trees in Arkansas, then what are you waiting for? With thousands of twinkling lights, this 54-foot giant tree is as enchanting as it sounds. In addition to the tree, there’s a massive Ferris wheel, a Christmas train, Santa, and more that the kids will love. So, bring the family to this festive event in Arkansas for a jolly time this year.
Starting at the end of November, the Conway Christmas tree will illuminate Rogers Plaza.
And their holiday tradition called Illuminate, is brimming with tons of Christmas cheer, and it’s perfect for the entire family. You can catch the festivities every night through December 23.
They include a holiday train, games, arts and crafts, and so much more. Of course, Santa will be around, so be sure to grab a photo op with him.
Certainly, the grownups can join the holiday fun as well. There’s an advent calendar as well as a home decorating contest that they can participate in.
While all the festivities are great, it’s the giant Christmas tree that is the star of the show.
The rides will require a small fee, so visit the website for a full list of events as well as for prices.
