During the holidays, there is never a shortage of things to do and see. From checking out incredible Christmas light displays to small-town festivals, there is always something to put you in the holiday spirit. And coming to Nampa this year is one of the most unique holiday attractions in Idaho: the Shindig Farms Christmas Light Maze.
Each fall, Shindig Farms hosts the ultimate straw maze. But once Halloween has come and gone, and the weather starts to turn quite cold, the straw is covered in Christmas lights, creating the ultimate holiday light maze.
This “Lost in Christmas” maze features thousands of colorful, twinkling lights that you'll walk through. The straw maze walls are adorned with lights, and you'll even notice a canopy of color above your head.
As you try to find your way through the maze, you may even come across inflatables featuring familiar characters from movies like “Elf,” “A Christmas Story,” and “Rudolph, The Red-Nosed Reindeer.” It seems like every twist and turn is going to bring out more holiday cheer.
While the maze is definitely the highlight at Shindig Farms during the holidays, it isn’t the only activity you'll want to enjoy. Take a ride on a horse-drawn wagon, zipline through the lights, and even get a rush on a Christmas swing.
The Shindig Farms Lost In Christmas light maze is open from November 25 to December 23, 2022. For exact dates and times, as well as to purchase admission tickets, you can visit the Shindig Farms website. Make sure to follow this farm’s Facebook page for even more information.
