For the thrill seekers who enjoy a good scare, you can try to survive the terrifying nightmare of the River Haunt. It’s a 10,000-square-feet haunted house delivering bone-chilling fun on Fridays and Saturdays in October as well as on Halloween night.

If you can’t handle the terrifying River Haunt, then you’ll love Artoberfest. It’s a festival filled with music, art, food, and fun for the entire family.
It celebrates and highlights local talent from Batesville, and there is a sidewalk chalk competition that is worthy of seeing.
