Hi-Mountain Drug in Kamas is one restaurant that is tucked away in the most unusual location, but it has been serving some of the best burgers in Utah for decades.
Hi-Mountain Drug is located on Main Street in Kamas. This is not your average burger joint. In fact, this restaurant is located in an old drugstore.
This store was built in 1918 and when you walk in today, you’ll notice that very few changes have occurred since then. There is no longer a pharmacy in this older building, but instead, you will find some of the best burgers in Utah.
You can try everything from a traditional hamburger to a jalapeno popper burger to a burger that is topped with ham, ranch dressing, dill pickles, and lettuce.
If you have a hearty appetite, you can try a chili burger or an Aussie burger, which features a fried egg, mustard, ketchup, dill pickles, and lettuce.
There are also many other food items on the menu if you just aren’t in the mood for beef. For example, you can try the chicken basket, a grilled ham and cheese, and even fish and chips.
