Great apple orchards and hayrides are easy to find in a place that loves to celebrate the autumn season. There is one fall festival in Maine, however, that you should mark on your calendars.
Every year The Cross Center in Bangor, Maine, gets taken over as one massive fall celebration.
They are back for their 11th year to enjoy everything local about Maine, New England, and even parts of Cannada. Join in with the other 5000 anticipated attendees for this two-day event.
Over 200 vendors gather together to showcase the best that “buying local” has to offer in Maine.
You will find dozens of culinary experts in their field of choice serving up delicious treats. Everything from specialty pizza, baked goods, and unique tastes will all be available for you to sample and buy.
