You probably haven’t heard of the formerly fabulous Echo Mountain House, but we’re willing to bet it will be going on your list of places to go in SoCal soon. The trail to check out the ruins of the glamorous hotel is simply gorgeous, and it’s a rare treat to see ruins in Southern California.

While you’re walking up the path, you’re going to have some unbelievable views in front of you. If you go in just the right conditions, you might get to see the unreal cloud cover that looks like carpeting in the sky.
