Talimena State Park is only 20 acres, making it the smallest state park in the state but it’s packed full of beauty. It’s located at the entrance of the Talimena Scenic Drive, just a short distance from the town of Talihina, and is in the Ouachita National Trail area of the Ouachita Mountains. This state park might be tiny but it’s quite mighty and is a hidden gem worth exploring.
