The resort is massive, encompassing 65 RV sites, close to 40 tent sites, and dozens of luxury tent cabins. They also rent special custom-built 1978/1979 Volkswagen buses plus something they call a "Magic Bus." The buses offer a variety of features including hardwood floors, mini-refrigerators, curtains, microwaves, solar lanterns, dining tables and chairs, electricity, and water hookups, just to name a few.
The tent sites are distributed throughout the resort.

Located in the Redwood Grove, in the vineyard, and near the beach, they are spaced appropriately to allow for some privacy, yet also close enough to encourage engagement between new and old friends.
