Tori Jane is a storm chaser, writer, photographer, and the village idiot - in that order. When she's not out and about dancing with the meanest storms on planet Earth for funsies she can be found wandering, shooting landscapes, writing, editing photos, and otherwise up to no good. Legend has it that she can also be occasionally spotted typing up short bios in the third person, but those rumors are unsubstantiated.
We here at Only In Your State just so happen to be major fans of the best hikes in Indiana. One of the best things about the Hoosier State is the sheer magnitude of options one has for the perfect hiking adventure, and they all range in length and difficulty from very short and easy to long and complex, with lots of challenges along the way. Well, today’s hiking trail in Indiana isn’t hard at all. It’s a leisurely stroll on a paved path within gorgeous Fort Harrison State Park known as the Harrison Trace Trail, and it’s the perfect trail for a relaxing afternoon hike without a whole lot of effort necessary.
