Mount Bohemia overlooks the stunning Lac La Belle. The 1,164-acre lake is surrounded by dense forest and makes for a gorgeous backdrop to the Nordic Spa.
The grounds of the Mount Bohemia Nordic Spa have a sauna, steam cabin, outdoor hot tub, outdoor hot pool, a cold pool, and a cold Nordic waterfall. There is also a log cabin bar and outdoor fire pit. These are the perfect ingredients for an amazing Nordic spa experience.
So how does it work? The spa experience is designed for guests to experience hot water exposure, cold water exposure, and then a period of rest. This cycle is then repeated three times.
Guests should do 15 minutes of heat exposure, either in the sauna, steam room, or one of the pools. Then, immediately after, do a quick 5-30 seconds in the cold pool or under the Nordic waterfall. Finally, guests should relax for 10-15 minutes by the fire pit or in the log cabin bar. This cycle will leave guests refreshed and rejuvenated!
