12) Franklin City Cemetery - Franklin
You'l find this cemetery on the national historic registry, and you'll also find four veterans of the American Revolutionary War buried here. It's not all Civil War in the south, friends. Tennessee has been affecting the country for decades.
11) Knoxville National Cemetery - Knoxville
There are almost 10,000 people buried here, in a cemetery first established in 1863. It has been a part of the national historic registry since 1996, and boasts the Union Soldier Monument.

Remembering the Battle of Shiloh, this Civil War battlefield and cemetery is sure to get those brain cells workin' overtime.
9) Fraterville Miners' Circle - Lake City

1966 saw this cemetery added to the National Registrar of Historic Places, and once you make it out? You'll know exactly why. Also, Woodlawn Baptist Church was the home church to a young Tina Turner. Small world, hey?
