Undoubtedly, the historic Borrego House in Santa Fe has hosted many happy occasions in its lifetime. Geronimo Lopez built the classic adobe in 1756. The home was later sold to the prominent Borrego family, who added a large front room and a front porch complete with hand-hewn columns. These entertaining areas would have been used to host social events for the Santa Fe political figures of the time, and it can now host you and your family at the upscale New Mexico restaurant, Geronimo.
Chef Sllin Cruz changes the menu seasonally to take advantage of the freshest ingredients and timely flavors. So be sure to check the Geronimo website for the current menu and to secure reservations.
The beautiful Santa Fe Botanical Garden is only five minutes from Geronimo and would make a lovely addition to your day in Santa Fe.
