Florida is one of those fascinating states that offers a unique glimpse into history that other states don’t get to experience. This is especially true when it comes to shipwrecks. We’ve discussed before the off-shore shipwreck in Sebastian Inlet State Park that is from a 1715 Spanish Fleet. While that shipwreck is more well-known, we have another that remains far off the coast and quite hidden. The Mandalay Wreck in Florida is so hidden that very few have seen it in person. But it still remains a fascinating part of Florida’s history.
