We, personally, are all about utilizing the Inn as a "home base" of sorts while exploring Turkey Run State Park and the surrounding amazingness that is Parke County. The things to do are seemingly endless!
Hike any of the breathtaking trails at the park, like the beloved Trail #3, which leads explorers through some of Indiana's most amazing canyons.

That hike is quite challenging at certain points; it requires some climbing to reach the tops of each ladder you'll encounter along the way. If you're hoping for something a bit easier, be sure to do Trail #11 instead; it's a short-and-sweet hike above the famed Turkey Run Hollow to both the Lieber Memorial and the Log Church.

Be sure to check out any (or all) of its 31 covered bridges, or maybe some of the scenic backroads you can drive! It really is an amazing part of Indiana, and it's likely to help you fall in love with the state all over again.
