Rustic on the Green started out with a food truck named Rustic 505, owned by Kelly Adams. Today, Rustic on the Green can be found in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in a small 480-sq. ft. restaurant at Green Jeans Farmery. Green Jeans is a Food Hall located in Albuquerque, which means that you can enjoy your meal from Rustic on the Green with a beer from Santa Fe Brewing Company, a taco from SA BBQ & Tacos, or a Philly cheesesteak. There are also small clothing shops located in Green Jeans.
Rustic on the Green makes premium burgers with freshly ground chuck and local Fano bread.
Rustic on the Green has a simple menu with burgers and fries. The Rustic burger features caramelized onions, American cheese, and "Rustic Sauce" among other usual toppings, while the Mother Earth is a black bean chipotle patty.
The Divine Intervention may be the best burger from Rustic on the Green, and it's so good, the burger has actually won awards. The Divine Intervention features blue cheese, caramelized onions, balsamic reduction, tomato, and romaine. Now that sounds like a good burger. Of course, you can also get regular fries or sweet potato fries with your burger.
Green Jeans also features a wonderful patio where you can eat, and when the temperature drops, they light this awesome fireplace. This is the perfect spot for a burger and a beer huddled by the fire with friends.
Another interesting thing about Rustic on the Green and the rest of Green Jeans is that everything is built into storage containers! This gives the whole space a unique feel and is a very cool concept.
