If you’re looking for a truly unique dining experience in New Jersey, make a reservation at Rat’s Restaurant. It’s easy to access from just about anywhere in the Garden State, but once you step inside the gates, you’ll be whisked away to another world.
It's hard to imagine a restaurant in a setting any more beautiful than Rat's Restaurant in Hamilton, New Jersey.
This French bistro is plopped right in the middle of Grounds for Sculpture, an incredibly detailed and creative garden and park that's located just off I-295, close to Trenton.
At night, the sculpture garden turns into a glowing work of art, and so even if the sun is down by the time you finish your meal, you'll still be treated to a stunning sight.
The entree selections are French-inspired, and you'll find steaks paired with seasonal vegetables alongside dishes like coq au vin, which is one of the most popular dishes.
