Sometimes we miss out on the most amazing experiences just because we don’t know they exist. Take this hole-in-the-wall restaurant in Missouri as an example. If you didn’t know it was there, you’d probably just drive on by. After all, it features an inconspicuous exterior that sort of blends in with the landscape. Now that you know it’s there, however, you don’t want to pass it by, especially if you love barbecue.
If it wasn't for the tall sign tucked right next to the road, LC's BBQ would be almost indistinguishable, left to remain a hidden gem for those who know of its existence.
Founder L.C. Richardson, the force behind the BBQ joint, passed away in February 2021. However, his legacy continues as the restaurant draws barbecue fans from all over Missouri.

The menu features all of the favorites - from ribs to wings. However, diners often claim it has the best burnt ends anywhere.
