You may not have heard of Beans Station before, but it’s a lush little enclave tucked away just northeast of Knoxville. The Cherokee Reservoir can be seen from the Cook’s Boathouse patio, which makes for a great view during your meal. Although the restaurant is most famous for its breakfast offerings, we’d recommend dining during the sunset hour.
