When people focus on restaurants in Connecticut, a lot of the attention tends to go towards places on the shore. New Haven, after all, is the birthplace of Connecticut-style apizza. Many of our beach towns have destination restaurants that people travel for miles to reach. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t delicious eateries tucked away elsewhere, like in the beautiful Litchfield Hills.
