Based in Leavenworth, Kansas, Black Belt Bar-B-Q’s food truck is the place to go to satisfy your craving for bbq in the Sunflower State. Since 1997, this family-run business has been serving up traditional Jamaican-inspired BBQ food like jerk pork and chicken to guests from near and far. Of course, you can also order ribs and sausage when you grab a bite at their food truck.
In addition to taking part in local events around town, Black Belt Bar-B-Q’s “home” is in the Fairfield Inn Parking Lot in Leavenworth. Since they’re open from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday through Saturday, it’s the perfect stop for lunch or dinner.
