You know, few things are as much of a classic culinary item as comfort food is. There’s a huge reason it’s called comfort food, after all, and eating it is an experience in and of itself that always seems to remind us of simpler, quieter, easier days. One of our personal favorite comfort foods of all time is good old-fashioned fried chicken; sure, there are lots of places where you can get yourself some of that delicious, crispy-fried amazingness, but some of those places tend to stick out above the others in terms of sheer amazingness.
