Here at Only In Your State, we’re all about finding hidden gem restaurants and shops that might not be on everyone’s radar. Still, there’s something to be said for more popular spots… after all, they are usually popular for a reason. When it comes to popular restaurants in Connecticut, it doesn’t get a whole lot more popular than Bar Bouchée in Madison. This little bistro is reservation-only, and can be surprisingly tough to get in. It’s easy to see why, though. Between the intimate, romantic ambiance and the top tier food, this place is like nothing else in the state.
