The menu varies seasonally based on what ingredients are available, but some common themes persist throughout the year. One such constant is that brunch is served all day - how cute is this mini pancake charcuterie board? Other brunch options include omelets, avocado toast, huevos rancheros, and several a la carte items.
The bistro's signature Chul Burger can do no wrong. It's a half-pound sirloin patty served on a ciabatta bun with bacon, cheddar cheese, fried onions, arugula, pickle, tomato, and special sauce. There's also a Beyond Burger for plant-based folks!
