At this point, you or may not have heard about the little cafe in Pendleton with a very creative name befitting of a restaurant that serves… well, you’ll see.

We simply love the name "Ruffage" as much as we love the word -- and the unofficial noun.

Technically, you won't find ruffage in a traditional dictionary. But most of us have heard it interchanged with another term: dietary fiber. For aging Americans (and everyone, really) this is a term we love. If you're not quite 40 yet, then someday you'll understand.
