It got its start crafting barrel and longhorn-style cheeses, and eventually, they narrowed their art form down to creating longhorn, stirred-curd cheeses.
And you know what? They're pretty darn good at it.

Today, Heritage Ridge makes and sells some of the finest cheeses in the Midwest, if not the world.
