Bishop's Pumpkin Farm began decades ago when owners Bill and Sandy Bishop planted the first pumpkins and invited local schools to visit the farm. Combining delicious homemade food with classic fall activities, it's no wonder Bishop's quickly became a tradition for families both in the community and from afar. The farm embodies everything we love about the harvest season!
When you visit Bishop's, you'll be instantly swept up by the real working farm environment. The farm boasts 90 acres of pumpkins, gourds, and squash. Visitors can hop aboard a hayride to the field where they can search for the perfect pumpkin to take home.
Bishop's is much more than just a u-pick pumpkin field, though. They offer all sorts of fun activities for kids and adults alike. The BPF Line is a crowdpleaser; It's a 24-inch gauge railroad with eight cars and a diesel locomotive. Visitors can enjoy an open-air journey through pumpkin fields, apple and walnut orchards, and the horse pasture for a relaxing, beautiful ride.
Other activities at Bishop's Pumpkin Farm include Charlie's Carousel, the Coyote Mountain Mine slides, the Weeland Petting Zoo, and a two-acre and seven-acre corn maze. Simply put, the fun never stops at this awesome fall destination!
