Island Beach State Park might just be one of New Jersey’s best hidden gems. Situated on Barnegat Bay, it’s much quieter and more peaceful than other beaches in the Jersey area. But the island has more to offer than just beaches. It’s also a great place for those who like to explore and hike!
It's affordable to enter the park: $6 for NJ residents and $10 for non-residents on weekdays, and $10 for NJ residents and $20 for non-residents on weekends.
