Flood's offers 55 acres of land along the coast, as well as an 11-acre private island.

There are seven cottages all sitting on the coast, with water views and plenty of room.

While they're all historic, the insides are contemporary, updated, and full of light.

The insides are lovely, but it's the outside that we love best. Overlooking the water, this is a great place to enjoy coffee or tea with a Maine breeze.

There's no denying that this place is a beauty in the summer, but it's a stay during autumn that truly sets it apart.

The foliage here is stunning and it seemingly comes out all at once.

Every view is another spectacular reminder that Maine is spectacular year-round.
