I'm an east coast girl living in a west coast world. I grew up in New England before moving to SoCal for several years. I then lived in NYC or a year before moving to AZ in 2009. I worked in the entertainment industry for many years of my adult life and have a deep love for photography, writing, and traveling around the U.S. as well as to far-flung locations around the world. Travel is my life and writing about it is a dream!
How does a waterfall hike sound to you? How about a hike to a double waterfall? Now, that sounds even better! Bash Bish Falls is a breathtaking waterfall with a double cascade located in the Taconic Mountains of Berkshire County. It’s found close to the border that Massachusetts shares with New York.
When hiking, remember to bring sunscreen, bug and tick spray, and plenty of water with you. Also, obey all park rules and remember to leave no trace! Whatever you bring on this and any other hike must leave with you.
For Bash Bish Falls Trail information, visit the AllTrails webpage and visit the Mass.gov website for any updates or closures. Have you been on this hike in the past? Let us know about it and share any photos you may have. You can also join our Massachusetts Nature Lovers Facebook group to share photos and beautiful places you’ve been to around the state.
