The goal of the museum of work and culture is to accurately tell the story of the immigrants who came to work in the mills along said river in search of the American dream.
There are nine immersive exhibits in total as well as a few extra artifacts and tidbits sprinkled throughout the space. There are even some hands on games for the kids and kids at heart in the group!
What's so cool about this museum is that it gives you a true peak into how people used to live and work over 100 years ago, right in the same area that they were doing just that.
