Lisa loves animals and has dogs, rats, cats, guinea pigs, and snakes. She is passionate about animal rescue and live music - traveling across the country to see a favorite band is a pretty regular occurrence! Being out hiking in the woods enjoying the scenery with her beloved dogs is another favorite hobby, and also checking out the Pokemon Go scene in whatever city she happens to be in at any given time (coffee and dog leash in hand). Here in New York, we’re blessed with an almost infinite number of beautiful hiking trails. No matter what region of the Empire State you’re in, you’re sure to find a trail to explore. There’s nothing like hiking in New York. Nothing compares to mentally unwinding, getting some exercise, and seeing natural beauty all at the same time. One trail worth adding to your bucket list is the Niagara Gorge Rim Trail in Whirlpool State Park in Niagara Falls.
