In the first few months of 1997, young women began disappearing from the Hudson Valley region. All of the girls who vanished were small-framed white women with brown hair. Within just a few months, multiple women who shared a physical resemblance were missing and police began to suspect a serial killer. With no bodies or crime scene found, it was a difficult case to solve. By the time the monster was caught, eight women had tragically lost their lives.
