  • Arizona Museum of Natural History in Mesa is where families can learn about the natural history of the state.
  • Take a tour of the Cerreta Candy Company in Glendale. You can also participate in candy-making on the tour!
  • Visit the Grand Canyon Deer Farm in Williams where kids will love meeting Santa’s reindeer!
  • The McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park in Scottsdale is where you can view model railroads and take a trip around the park on a railroad. Other features include a large playground and a carousel. My kids have always loved this park, especially during the holidays when it’s all decked out in lights.
  • Slide Rock State Park in Sedona is where families can enjoy a natural waterslide amidst gorgeous scenery.
  • The Titan Missile Museum in Green Valley is where you can learn more about the Cold War Era and view a missile underground. My son got a lot out of our trip here.
