Being from South Dakota is definitely a unique blessing. Being from a state with a population of less than 1 million people means that when you meet someone from another state, you are probably the first person from South Dakota they have ever met. That being said, they usually have tons of questions! These are just a few of those questions we are all tired of answering.
Yes, we do live in the Mount Rushmore state, but we have a lot more to offer than that one National Monument.
We definitely have electricity. And running water. And even wireless internet. We are actually pretty technologically savvy, believe it or not.
