When she's not out and about dancing with the meanest storms on planet Earth for funsies she can be found wandering, shooting landscapes, writing, editing photos, and otherwise up to no good. Legend has it that she can also be occasionally spotted typing up short bios in the third person, but those rumors are unsubstantiated.
Alright, let’s face it: it never seems to end. You’ve work so hard for so long, doing diligent research and handily scratching entries off your custom hand-written list as you visit each item one by one. It’s all a part of the struggle, and a struggle you know all too well: the never-ending search for what could be called the best Mexican food in New Hampshire. Okay, well, maybe it’s not quite that dramatic, but let’s face it – finding the good, authentic stuff on the east coast isn’t as easy as it sounds (and it’s not like it even sounds that easy). However, we’ve found a delightful little gem with some of the very highest ratings in New Hampshire, and boy, is it a worthy contender for the title of “Best Of”.
Once upon a time, Taco Time was a food truck on Elm Street in Milford.
In 2020, they graduated from a food truck on Elm Street to a cute little blue-and-white cantina on Wilton Road. It's not unusual to see lines out the door, and we don't blame anyone for being more than happy to wait.

The menu is filled to the brim with authentic Mexican dishes and then some, including nachos from heaven.
The salsa is all home-made in-house, and the chips are the absolute perfect ratio of crispy to salty. They crunch very pleasantly when bitten into, and you'll be biting into a lot.
Okay, maybe that's a bit of hyperbole - but trust us when we say that Taco Time Cocina & Cantina is a total gem that you definitely need to devour at least once.
They also offer crafted drinks that are as beautiful as they are tasty.
You definitely can't miss getting a taste of their margaritas, and their cocktails are a guaranteed crowd pleaser. They're all the perfect blend of flavor and buzz, and you're sure to love them.
But, as we were saying, it's probably not unfair to say that Taco Time is one of the best Mexican restaurants in New Hampshire.
On Sundays, it's open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. They're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays because everyone needs their weekend - even if it means we miss out on the best Mexican food in New Hampshire for two days.
If you’d like to double-check their hours, or have a look at the full menu, please visit their website.
