The Burger and Sushi House is a highly-rated restaurant on LaSalle Street. From its industrial design complete with garage doors, incredible drinks and food, skilled chefs, and friendly staff, you are set to have an incredible dining experience.
Diners may choose to partake in Omakase, the Japanese tradition of allowing the chef to choose your meal. By allowing the chef this creative freedom, you will surely have a meal to remember!
Customers love the sushi here and say it's some of the best they've had. Start off with some plain or spicy edamame or spring rolls and then order several rolls.
Dozens of sushi rolls grace the menu so you have a variety of choices from vegetarian to raw fish to deep-fried. Whatever you decide, expect your meal to come artfully plated and full of flavor.
Since this is a burger and sushi restaurant, you will find a wide array of burgers on the menu as well. There's the Mac Daddy with mac 'n' cheese and bacon, Diner Smash which has two smashed burgers and plenty of toppings, and the Never Two Much made with bacon, Thai peanut sauce, and a strawberry jelly doughnut instead of a bun.
With delicious and unusual burger combinations, your meal will certainly be interesting! You can also exercise your creativity and build your own burger here.
Not into sushi or burgers? Try the Mac which is an experience in itself. Options include the Loaded Mac which has bacon, sour cream, and onions, or the Lobster Mac with lobster claw (the best part), cheese, garlic herb panko, and parsley.
Like the burgers, you can build your own Mac, allowing your foodie creativity to shine!
You may choose to dine on sushi and burgers in an igloo, which will only enhance your experience at B.A.S.H. A reservation must be made ahead of time and a $25 fee will be charged. Up to six guests are allowed in the heated igloos and you will be allotted 80 minutes for your dining experience.
Don't forget to order a cocktail. The Hibiskiss Margarita is a favorite among guests as is the Strawberry Basil Lemonade. These drinks will make you say cheers to a night out at B.A.S.H.!
