There are a lot of different ways to enjoy the outdoors in Maine, but getting out for a hike is one of our favorites. And the biggest draw to a local hike is when the trail is easy, the air is fresh and the destination is one of the cutest and most lovely little waterfalls in the region. The next time you’re in search of adventure, head to Baxter State Park to enjoy this route!
Little Abol Falls can be accessed year-round, but people say that April through November provides some seriously great views and fun. You can learn more about the route by checking out alltrails.com. Or you can visit Maine Trail Finder.
